This is a delicious, skinny version of the popular Waldorf salad. Adding chicken and lots of fruit makes it a lovely, colorful and satisfying, main course meal. The fruit taste especially good in this salad since it’s tossed in a wonderful, homemade light honey mustard dressing. Each serving has 258 calories, 5 grams of fat and 2 Weight Watchers Freestyle SmartPoints. This is one of my “go to” chicken salad. I think you’ll love making it too.
